c) You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing.

a) You contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period that allows VCA to verify its accuracy;

c) VCA no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but such data is required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;

d) the data subject has objected to the processing until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

 

5. Objecting to the processing of your personal data

In cases where data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by VCA; or 2) data processing is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing or 3) profiling, you may also object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
